Dear
Residents - Below is the Scottsdale Brush and Bulk removal schedule for
2024.
We
are Area 3 and the next scheduled pick up is the week of May 6. You may
put out your solid waste on the Sunday just prior to the scheduled Monday pick
up date. If your waste is put out too soon, you will be asked to remove
it to your patio or garage until the scheduled collection date.
15 mph speed limit
Paseo Villas Residents
Please
remember that our speed limit is 15 mph at all times within Paseo Villas.
Some residents or visitors are very obviously exceeding this limit, especially
when they are entering Via Nueva from Del Sur and are heading North. At
any given time, day or night, our residents are walking in the area, sometimes
with their dogs, and others may be backing out of their garages. Be
sure to remind your visitors and any contractors of this speed
limit. Landlords also notify your tenants right away.
